Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data LERGO collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
Who is responsible
LERGO is the controller for the personal data described here. Questions about this policy, or any request concerning your data, can be sent to info@gbworking.com and will be answered by the same people who run the business.
What we collect, and when
The enquiry form. When you send a project enquiry we receive the details you enter: company, name, email address, and — where you choose to give them — telephone number, country, project location, the service you need, an approximate team size, an expected start date and your description of the requirement.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data for every request, including IP address, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the time. This is standard for any website and is used to keep the service running and secure.
Analytics. Only if you choose "Allow analytics" in the cookie banner. Decline, and no analytics script is loaded and nothing is measured.
Why we process it, and on what basis
Enquiry details are processed to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Server logs are processed on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Analytics is processed only with your consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — which you may withdraw at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, after which the banner will ask again.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider processes requests to this site on our behalf. Our email provider transmits and stores the enquiries you send. Where analytics is enabled with your consent, Google processes the measurement data. Each acts as a processor under contract, and we do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, so that we can pick up a project discussion that resumes. Server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider for security and diagnostics. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics account.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of it, its erasure, restriction of its processing, and a copy in a portable form. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent to analytics at any time without affecting what was lawful before.
To exercise any of these, write to info@gbworking.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority in the EU or EEA country where you live or work.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all until you make a choice in the banner. Your choice itself is stored locally in your browser so you are not asked on every visit; it is not sent to us. If you allow analytics, the analytics provider then sets its own cookies.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The enquiry form accepts submissions only from this site’s own pages, applies rate limiting, and — where enabled — a spam challenge.
